 Do you accept fully customized coin orders? 

  • Yes, we do. The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces.
  • Please allow 20–45 business days for production.
  • As custom coins are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, returns are not accepted. We recommend placing orders carefully. If any issues arise, we will contact you promptly.

 Can I make changes to my order? 

Yes, we're here to help.

To modify your order:

  • Before shipment: Contact us as soon as possible with the changes you need. If the order hasn't shipped, we will update it immediately.

  • After shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes once your order has been dispatched.

To cancel your order:

  • Before shipment: Contact us to request cancellation. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will cancel and issue a full refund.

  • After shipment: Contact us immediately. If the shipment can be stopped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. If not, you can request a return or cancellation after receiving the package.

 When will I receive my refund after a return? 

Once our billing team processes the refund (typically within 1–2 business days), the timeline depends on your payment method:

  • Credit card: May take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

  • PayPal: Typically appears within 48–72 hours.
